Adult Developmental Home is a licensed family-home setting in which an adult with special needs is placed when they can no longer reside with their natural family. The adults placed in an Adult Developmental Home are usually on long-term permanent basis. The Adult Developmental Home provider is responsible for providing positive emotional support and guidance to our adults with developmental disabilities. These developmental disabilities include, but are not limited to: cognitive/intellectual disability, autism, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy.
Child Developmental Foster Home is a licensed family-home setting in which a foster child with special needs is placed when they cannot reside with their natural family. The foster child is placed on a temporary basis or long term depending on their case plan. The Child Developmental Foster Home provider is responsible for all aspects of care, physical custody and supervision of the foster child with developmental disabilities. These developmental disabilities include, but are not limited to: cognitive/intellectual disability, autism, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy.
